Series are enrolments that you can sign up for that run a certain amount of length and have a fixed cost to attend all sessions. It is encouraged to attend all sessions, however not mandatory. Each series is only capable of having so many yogis join so it is encouraged to register early. The reason for the smaller amount of spaces is due to the nature of the series’ being more complex than a typical drop-in class and more one-on-one attention from the instructor. 

Introduction Ashtanga

In this 6 week series, we will explore the key asanas of the Ashtanga Primary Series, along with the physical and mental benefits of a regular Ashtanga practice. We will look at the basics of this series and learn different ways to approach the asanas that are typically most challenging to students. We will also discover how bringing awareness to our breath and linking it with movement creates a healing effect for our bodies and minds, while bringing more strength, balance and flexibility to the body.
All levels welcome.

Introduction to Yoga

During this four week series we will break down different asanas, explore different breathing techniques and eventually build up to completing Sun Salutations. 
Every practice will begin with a meditation or breathing technique, moving into breaking down two or three asanas, and finishing with a delicious savasna by the fire.

Intro to Yoga II

Continuing our exploration into yoga, this series will piggy back off Intro to Yoga I. Students will take what they’ve learned from the first series and apply it more readily with longer vinyasa, and moving into more advanced poses. 
Students should know how to move through a complete Sun Salutation and the warrior asanas.
