- Please enter the studio from the left side of the building (not the door facing the ski hill). There are washrooms available to change in, please leave your shoes in the entrance way, in the studio there is space for your jackets and bags.
- Turn off cell phones upon arriving. Absolutely no cell phones or other mobile devices are allowed in the practice room.
- The Lodge will be unlocked 45 minutes before all classes and then locked once classes commence. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to class time, late-comers will not be permitted. If you wish to come earlier and meditate prior to your practice, you are more than welcome to do so.
- Remain silent in the studio, no talking or whispering. When entering or leaving the studio area, please make as small a disruption as possible.

Yes! Feel free to reserve your spot ahead of time, when you sign-in to the class upon arrival you will then have to purchase a class pass.
All the more reason for you to start practicing yoga! After just a few classes you’ll start to see a difference. Our instructors are always prepared to provide adjustments if you find your body just can’t get into the suggested asanas (yet!). You’ll often hear “if you can breathe you can do yoga”. So grab a mat and an introductory class pass (30 days unlimited yoga), we’ll guide you through the rest.
If this is your first time at the studio, or even doing yoga, we recommend the introductory class package. For $49 you will get 30 days of unlimited yoga! Alternatively, you can drop by and try one class for the drop in rate of $15.
Not to worry! You can purchase the intro pass whenever, your 30 days only begin after you attend your first class!
Practicing on a full stomach can be uncomfortable. We recommend you eat after class, or stick to a light snack or meal beforehand. You should also hydrate throughout the day and bring a water bottle with you to sip throughout class.
Please bring a yoga mat and the desire to learn something new, either about yourself or yoga! At this time there are only limited mats available to borrow for a class.
Anyone above the age of 14 can attend all scheduled classes.
Yogis between the ages of 14-16 must have an adult and have the adult sign a release waiver on their behalf upon their first class.
Yogies between the ages of 16-18 can attend on their own, but must have an adult sign their release waiver upon their first class.
